Akkodis is seeking a highly skilled professional for the Senior Power BI Developer / Data Engineer position. This role is critical to delivering enterprise-level reporting solutions and building the data infrastructure needed for complex analytics across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

Design and develop complex Power BI reports and dashboards for enterprise-level reporting

Build and maintain data pipelines to support reporting needs

Develop custom APIs to ingest data from multiple systems, including Jira, SharePoint, Clarity (time tracking), TCH financial systems, Active Directory, and Workday

Consolidate data sources into a centralized data lake for streamlined reporting

Support quarterly, monthly, and weekly reporting cycles

Collaborate with stakeholders to produce customized dashboards and reports tailored to departmental needs

Required

Advanced Power BI experience (complex dashboards, enterprise-level reporting)

Strong data engineering skills, including ETL processes and pipeline development

Proficiency in API development and integration

Experience with data modeling and centralized data lake architecture

Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases

Minimum 5+ years of experience in BI development and data engineering

Preferred

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

Experience with Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation

Knowledge of Jira, SharePoint, Clarity, Workday, and financial systems integration
