Project Administrator Manager
Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Project Administrator Manager to oversee and manage Site Administrators responsible for payroll and administrative functions across Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System projects. The role requires a highly organized leader to ensure operational efficiency and compliance while mentoring a team and managing payroll processes.

Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of Site Administrators across multiple project sites
Ensure consistent execution of payroll processes, HR support, and administrative tasks
Serve as the primary point of escalation for site-level administrative issues
Ensure all weekly timecards are submitted, reviewed, approved, and processed timely in accordance with payroll deadlines
Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for union and non-union craft employees using B2W, Keystyle, and UKG systems
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including prevailing wage requirements
Partner with HR and Finance to maintain accurate employee data and resolve discrepancies
Develop and implement standardized procedures for site administration and payroll operations
Identify opportunities for efficiency and automation across administrative workflows
Prepare and review weekly and monthly reports on payroll accuracy, compliance, and site performance
Communicate effectively with project leadership, corporate teams, and field staff
Travel up to 50% to project sites to provide hands-on support, training, and audits
Qualification
Required
Experience in union and prevailing wage compliance within a large EPC construction environment
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Manage and mentor a team of Site Administrators across multiple project sites

Proficiency of Excel, MS Office, Viewpoint, PVault, and Document Control programs as well as be comfortable and open to learning new software/programs
Strong leadership communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and enforce accountability
Process-driven leader focused on continuous improvement, scalability, and risk mitigation
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage competing deadlines at scale
Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and lead through evolving business needs
Willingness to travel up to 50% and operate across office and field environments
Preferred
Experience in construction
Knowledge of union payroll and prevailing wage compliance
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
