Talent Partner
Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders and HR teams to forecast workforce needs and develop talent strategies
Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring speed, quality, and equity
Use predictive analytics to anticipate future skill gaps, critical role risk, and capacity needs, recommending proactive interventions
Develop and standardize sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates and promote inclusive hiring practices
Optimize recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience
Work with leaders to support internal mobility, succession planning, and career development initiatives
Provide guidance on selection methodologies, interview techniques, and best practices
Track and analyze talent metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and diversity goals
Promote employer branding through social media, events, and partnerships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field
4–6 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or full-cycle recruiting (corporate or agency setting preferred)
Hands-on experience with talent acquisition, structured selection, and inclusive hiring practices
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools
Preferred
Certification in Talent Acquisition (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP) is a plus
