Business Development Manager
DWS ProSearch is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow long-term partnerships with law firms, insurance companies, corporations, and government agencies. This role focuses on developing new business through targeted outreach and maintaining relationships with professional clients.
Responsibilities
Develop new business through targeted outreach, meetings, referrals, and networking
Build and maintain long-term relationships with professional clients
Deliver consultative sales presentations and negotiate agreements
Track and manage your sales pipeline to meet or exceed KPI's
Stay informed on market conditions and industry trends
Qualification
Required
2+ years of B2B sales experience
Experience selling services, solutions, or professional offerings
Consistent record of meetings or exceeding targets
Strong planning, follow-up, and pipeline management skills
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Experience selling into professional services and Legal Services
