Responsibilities

Collaborate with the greater marketing team to develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, paid media, events) aligned with business objectives
Oversee campaign timelines, resource allocation, ensuring projects stay on track, within scope, and aligned with strategic priorities
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for asset production and delivery
Utilize and optimize platforms including HubSpot, ClickUp, Foleon and AI-driven tools for campaign management
Partner with additional teams, such as Enablement, Revenue, Product and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and impact
Monitor campaign KPIs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Implement workflows and automation to improve efficiency and personalization
Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
Conducting retrospectives after projects or campaigns to document results and recommend next best steps
Lead regular standups with key stakeholders to align on priorities, track progress, and address blockers
Communicate campaign progress and results to stakeholders through regular updates, performance reporting, and post-campaign insights
Support and promote the company values through positive interactions with both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis
Other strategic business initiatives or special cross-functional project involvement as required

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or relevant professional experience
5+ years working on a marketing team such as campaign, project, or event management
Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, and corporate event coordination
Experience in B2B SaaS or technology-driven organizations
Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft suite of products, HubSpot and ClickUp
Familiarity with revenue attribution and demand generation strategies
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect initiatives to broader business objectives and long-term goals
Proven success in managing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns
Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to various audiences/levels including leadership, internally and externally, and through various mediums
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines
A high-level of confidence, integrity and professional courtesy
Thorough understanding (or willingness to learn expeditiously) of business operations and processes
Proactively addresses challenges, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement
Adept at troubleshooting in fast-paced environments and implementing corrective actions swiftly

Preferred

Experience working in a fully remote team is preferred, but not required
