Directed Share Program Execution Specialist
Morgan Stanley is a leading global financial services firm providing a wide range of investment banking, securities, investment management and wealth management services. The DSP Execution Specialist will be responsible for executing Directed Share Programs for the Firm’s Investment Banking clients and performing other administrative and support duties while assisting the IPO Support Services team with day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
Work directly with issuers on DSP administration and execution
Develop relationships and collaborate with key DSP internal partners, e.g., legal and compliance, service center, operations, Financial Advisors, etc
Coordinate with WM Technology on DSP website support and functionality
Manage DSP metrics and reporting and communications library
Assist with audit and compliance requirements
Support DSP reinvestment efforts and initiatives
Qualification
Required
3+ years related industry experience
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Package
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines
Rigorous attention to detail
Superior organizational, interpersonal and client service skills
Flexible, team player with the ability to think creatively and strategically
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
