Responsibilities
Build and maintain the core infrastructure for our AI agent platform
Design and implement efficient, scalable data pipelines
Develop backend systems that can scale from hundreds to millions of users
Collaborate closely with the engineering team on technical architecture and system design
Work directly with OpenAI frameworks to power our AI capabilities
Help shape foundational engineering practices and decisions as an early team member
Manage end-to-end large scale AI infrastructure projects
Qualification
Required
Build and maintain the core infrastructure for our AI agent platform
Design and implement efficient, scalable data pipelines
Develop backend systems that can scale from hundreds to millions of users
Collaborate closely with the engineering team on technical architecture and system design
Work directly with OpenAI frameworks to power our AI capabilities
Help shape foundational engineering practices and decisions as an early team member
Manage end-to-end large scale AI infrastructure projects
Preferred
Backend-leaning engineer with 0→1 platform experience and scaling know-how
Comfortable with enterprise data and growing user bases (100s → 1000s)
Skilled in APIs, data pipelines, and both new + legacy infrastructure
Thrives in fast-paced startup environments
Excited to collaborate in person
Bonus: Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL (language-agnostic interviews)
