Responsibilities

The Principal Scrum Master guides assigned teams in the use of the Scrum framework including the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Testers, and Dev teams to ensure alignment and delivery
The Principal Scrum Master creates and maintains Jira projects and is responsible for tracking and reporting on team commitments as well as resolving (or assisting in resolving) risks, issues, and dependencies
The Principal Scrum Master is critical in identifying and driving standards and best practices within the squad
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timeline and budget
Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations, data security standards, and internal process governance
Coach junior Scrum Masters on best practices and Agile principals

Required

Minimum of 8 years of related experience
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent required
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Experience working in software application development, digital transformation and cloud migration projects
Experience with tools such as Jira, HP PPM, MS Office tools
Familiarity with financial systems and risk management practices
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
