Demand Generation Manager

Responsibilities
Define clear campaign goals, audience targets, messaging strategies, channel mix, and KPIs to meet growth targets for priority products
Write campaign briefs that inform and inspire cross-functional partners, clearly outlining audience insights, messaging direction, deliverables, and success criteria
Own the execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified pipeline and meet growth targets for priority products and segments
Manage and scale paid media channels, including search, social, content syndication, and display, to maximize growth and improve conversion performance
Continuously test and iterate on campaigns—including creative, channels, offers, and targeting—to improve results
Lead campaign performance analysis, consistently uncovering insights from MQL to closed-won to optimize for sales cycle velocity, win rate, and CAC
Establish campaign measurement cadences and share performance updates with stakeholders, recommending pivots when needed
Monitor data to ensure high-quality lead flow and smooth handoff to the sales team
Own the strategy, development, and optimization of website chat playbooks in partnership with sales to drive engagement and conversion
Serve as the central orchestrator of demand efforts, ensuring campaigns launch on time and on brand by writing inspiring campaign briefs and aligning cross-functional partners
Establish a strong alignment with Sales through regular feedback loops to sync on lead quality and refine campaign strategies
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, and Community teams to ensure messaging and creative are aligned with the buyer journey
Partner with channel owners and lifecycle teams to optimize touchpoints across the funnel and improve lead nurturing effectiveness
Qualification
Required
4+ years of marketing experience, demand generation or campaign management role a must
Experience marketing in the SMB B2B space strongly preferred
Track record of hitting aggressive pipeline targets and generating revenue
Self-motivated; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and autonomy
Deep knowledge of best practices across multiple channels: email, paid search, ABM, video, social media
Proven track record of improving MQL to SQO rates and pipeline volume via DG campaigns
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools like Salesforce and Pardot
Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve campaign efficiency and performance
Strong copywriting skills (e.g. ad headlines, email subject lines)
Curiosity for AI disruption and how it changes marketing, GTM and customer experience
