Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Property & Casualty actuarial consulting with demonstrated client and account leadership
Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS)
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Preferred

Prior experience managing and developing small to mid-sized actuarial teams
Hands-on experience with actuarial and analytical tools such as SAS, R, or similar platforms
Programming or scripting experience is a plus, though not mandatory
Strong analytical capabilities combined with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Proven client relationship management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
High ethical standards with a demonstrated commitment to professional independence and objectivity
