In this role, you will manage high-volume inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls, providing accurate information and delivering exceptional service while meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities
Assist customers in scheduling appointments for loan applications at branch locations
Answer loan or account-related questions and resolve concerns
Deliver world-class customer service in every interaction
Handle high-volume inbound calls efficiently and professionally
Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with customers
Work independently and collaboratively to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Qualification
