Strategic Partnerships Manager
Sterling Foundation Management is a national leader in tax-efficient trust planning and administration. They are seeking a driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to expand relationships with Registered Investment Advisors and wealth managers nationwide, primarily through internal sales and marketing efforts, with opportunities for travel and onsite visits.

Responsibilities
Discover, develop and manage relationships with RIAs, financial advisors, and wealth managers
Execute targeted outreach campaigns, follow-up calls, and video meetings
Qualify opportunities and schedule presentations with Sterling executives
Educate advisors on how Sterling’s trust strategies integrate with client investment and estate plans
Track pipeline activity and relationship metrics in the CRM system
Meet or exceed quarterly goals for new advisor relationships and trust business
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience in financial services, trust administration, or advisor-facing roles
Proven ability to perform in your current role
Strong presentation and consultative communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Proven ability to get things done, practice drive to accomplish, intellectual curiosity, and professionalism consistent with Sterling's reputation
Preferred
Prior RIA, trust-industry experience, FINRA, securities, or insurance license strongly preferred but not required
