Hamilton Barnes is partnered with a fast-scaling, Florida-based fiber provider expanding aggressively across Central Florida. They are seeking an experienced MDU sales professional to manage territory growth and drive revenue in a rapidly developing market.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with MDU property owners, managers, developers, and HOAs
Drive property-level penetration and revenue growth across assigned territory
Prospect, qualify, and close new MDU opportunities end-to-end
Coordinate with construction, engineering, and operations teams to support deployments
Negotiate commercial terms and oversee contract execution
Qualification
Required
2+ years of B2B sales experience within the MDU, managed Wi-Fi, telecom, or cable space
Experience selling to property ownership, management companies, or developers
Proven track record securing building agreements and long-cycle property deals
Knowledge of the Central Florida / Orlando MDU market
