Sales Account Executive
ISPN is a fast-growing, PE-backed managed services provider dedicated to helping Broadband Service Providers deliver exceptional subscriber experiences. They are seeking a Sales Account Executive to drive new business growth and own the full sales cycle, focusing on outbound outreach, demos, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
Own full-cycle sales: prospecting, discovery, demos, solution design, and closing
Generate 30+ new leads touched weekly and 1+ new deal per week
Maintain a 4x pipeline and close 2+ deals per month
Deliver tailored product demos; translate technical features into ROI
Use MEDDICC and personalized outreach (SMYKM) to drive qualified pipeline
Engage Directors, VPs, GMs, and C-Suite across Operations, IT, and Support
Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience with consistent quota achievement
Proven success with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
Strong technical aptitude (network monitoring, servers, hosted email, IP networks)
Confident presenter—comfortable running demos and speaking with executive + technical buyers
Highly coachable, curious, and data-driven
Excellent communication skills; strong follow-up discipline
Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, Apollo.ai, and similar tools
