Responsibilities
Coordinate with Adyen and 3PL teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of purchase orders and conduct quality checks on inbound. Address discrepancies and drive process improvements
Oversee the staging process to ensure stock availability, quality control, and adherence to outbound plans
Track and manage stock movements within the warehouses, ensuring accurate action, reconciliation and reporting. Collaborate with teams to prepare for new product launches and inbound requirements
Manage the efficient processing of returns and repairs, ensuring compliance with agreements with merchants and repair centers
Continuously identify and implement operational enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy across all processes
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of experience in Operations, Warehouse and/or Supply Chain management
Motivated to engage in existing processes and manage (external) stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving capabilities to take concrete action plans and execute them while dealing with daily operational tasks
Ability to align and collaborate with colleagues from different departments and external relations, such as suppliers and (warehouse) partners
Fundamentally understand modeling concepts (excel) for production planning and capacity management
Ability to navigate cultural differences and collaborate with people based in various timezones
Enthusiastic about modern technology and its adoption in daily operations to bring Supply Chain Management to the next level
