Responsibilities
Lead the monthly forecasting process and annual operating expense budget process for the Commercial Services budget
Drive executive-ready financial reporting, communicate financial budgets, forecast and actual results to senior business and finance leadership
Monitor financial performance against stated goals, identify underlying budget risks and opportunities
Lead financial modeling and analysis to support the commercial strategic initiatives and business cases
Collaborate with other Finance teams to support the broader Commercial Services and GBCS Monthly/Quarterly finance reviews
Support leaderships across Commercial Services and build a strong relationship with main business and finance stakeholders
Serve as a trusted finance partner to help inform successful business decision
Qualification
Required
Six (6) years of work experience in Financial Analysis or similar fields
Two (2) years of people management experience
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including building and designing comprehensive financial models
Preferred
Experience in Hospitality industry
BA/BS or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics or related fields
Experience with Oracle SmartView and Hyperion Essbase or similar planning software
