Responsibilities
Counsel families and individuals regarding the administration and disposition of their estates through basic and sophisticated lifetime, estate and charitable planning
Work with corporate clients on succession issues
Work with charitable institution clients on planned giving matters
Prepare related documents (revocable/irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorneys, etc.)
Draft premarital agreements
Conduct research and analysis of complex state law and federal tax law issues
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in estate planning
Ohio law license
Income, estate, gift, GST, and other tax laws attendant to this line of work
Estate/wealth planning techniques, including preparation of related documents (revocable/irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorneys, etc.)
Drafting premarital agreements
Research and analysis of complex state law and federal tax law issues
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
