District Sales Manager

They are seeking an experienced District Sales Manager to join their team in the Los Angeles area, where the role will focus on positioning Sika as a quality provider and managing district sales strategies to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

Positioning Sika as a company that provides quality products and service
Supporting the activities of the Regional Manager as required
Communicate and supervise within the District Regional sales strategies, goals, objectives and plans to meet District budgets, discount pricing and gross margin objectives
Support the activities of the Regional Manager as required
Maintain manufacturer representatives to accomplish District sales goals and objectives
Manage, mentor and coach direct sales people within the District to accomplish sales goals and objectives

Qualification

Single-ply roofing applicationManagement experienceSales experienceTechnical knowledge of SarnafilComputer proficiency

Required

Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
A minimum of 5 years of work experience with single-ply roofing application
Previous management experience highly desirable
Sales experience within roofing industry or building industry
Technical knowledge of single-ply roof membrane installation, ideally Sarnafil
Computer proficient
