Responsibilities

Provide tax compliance and consulting for high‑net‑worth individuals, corporations, and partnerships

Prepare and review Federal, State, and Local tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations

Utilize Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE for tax preparation, data import, adjustments, and e‑filing

Analyze complex tax issues and develop strategies to minimize tax liability

Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor

Mentor and train tax associates; review their work and support their development

Conduct tax research and stay current on emerging tax laws

Champion sustainable workplace practices by supporting remote-first operations, promoting paperless workflows through digital collaboration tools, participating in recycling initiatives to minimize paper use, and consistently demonstrate alignment with BPM’s values

Required

Must have hands‑on experience with Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)

3+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax

Active CPA license or actively pursuing CPA

Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills
