Responsibilities

Support day-to-day CAD operations using CentralSquare and Priority Dispatch systems

Develop and maintain reports using MS SQL Server, Power BI, and Crystal Reports

Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and support system upgrades

Build and maintain CAD units, stations, response plans, protocols, and user accounts

Produce monthly CAD exports, Auto Aid reports, and ad hoc reports for internal and external agencies

Coordinate system upgrades with vendors and communicate issues promptly
