Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a roadmap for Linux and container infrastructure, aligning with business objectives and future growth strategies

Architecture & Operations: Oversee scalable, secure, and resilient Linux and containerized environments. Ensure robust operations and continuous improvement

Innovation & Transformation: Foster a culture of experimentation and adoption of best practices in Linux and containerization. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)

Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of engineers and architects. Promote collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous learning

Business Partnership: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive strategic initiatives and seamless execution

Process Optimization: Identify and implement operational efficiencies to enhance reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness

Governance & Compliance: Ensure Linux and container environments adhere to security, compliance, and quality standards. Support audits and risk management activities

Performance Management: Present strategies, updates, and performance metrics to senior leadership, driving accountability and transparency
