Manage assigned product categories to support accurate parts planning and availability

Ensure continuous supply and optimal inventory levels across product lines

Create, execute, and track purchase orders with suppliers, including lead-time confirmation

Review minimum stock levels against sales trends and usage data

Identify and reduce excess or obsolete inventory

Support warehouse space optimization and efficient storage utilization

Work to established timelines and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while monitoring performance

Participate in cost-reduction and continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure vendor compliance with internal quality and operational standards

Perform departmental administrative duties related to purchasing and logistics

Analyze and resolve purchasing discrepancies and supply issues

Utilize efficient logistics methods for inbound product flow

Manage urgent and priority purchase orders to meet customer delivery requirements
