Your Home Improvement Company, part of the Great Day Improvements Family of Brands, is seeking a dynamic Retail Marketing Manager to lead local partnerships, events, and grassroots marketing initiatives that drive high-quality lead generation. This role works closely with senior leadership to develop scalable programs that support growth in all markets.

Responsibilities

Create, develop, and manage local partnerships, retail events, trade shows, and grassroots marketing efforts

Work collaboratively with the Sr. Marketing & Media Manager, Regional Managers, and Regional Sales Managers

Develop and implement replicable local marketing programs and training structures

Set and track monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals

Engage homeowners directly to generate leads and schedule in-home consultations

Conduct neighborhood marketing in areas with recently completed projects

Hire, train, manage, and motivate a team of field marketers across multiple locations

Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI

Review and approve payroll entries and updates

Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for improvement

Conduct performance reviews and ongoing coaching

Support content creation, social media initiatives, and company culture efforts

Assist with corporate marketing projects as needed
