Customer Support Representative
Acorn Assembly LLC is a rapidly growing technology company in search of a highly motivated, results-driven Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will work with new and existing customers to ensure that we delight our customers and provide training on our business and the industry.
Responsibilities
Engaging with our customers in all stages of their orders, form order to delivery and beyond
Tight integration with the sales team to ensure that we delight our customers
Collaborating with internal teams, including quoting, engineering, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution and on-time delivery of customer orders
Assisting customers with placing new orders
Providing regular updates on customer project status to sales and management, as well as performing other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
College Degree or equivalent level of education and experience required
A minimum of 2 years of successful customer service experience in the technology industry
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and other business-related activities
Preferred
Prior experience in PCB manufacturing industry is preferred but not required
Prior experience in PCB manufacturing sales is preferred but not required
