Participate in solution design and architecture discussions, translating business requirements into technical designs

Write clean, testable, and maintainable code; implement unit/integration tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines

Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure reliability, security, and observability

Work closely with product, QA, frontend, DevOps, and data teams to deliver end-to-end features

Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior and mid-level developers

Required

Participate in solution design and architecture discussions, translating business requirements into technical designs

Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure reliability, security, and observability

Work closely with product, QA, frontend, DevOps, and data teams to deliver end-to-end features

Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior and mid-level developers

Strong proficiency in core Python (OOP, data structures, error handling, concurrency) and standard libraries

Strong understanding of RESTful API design, authentication/authorization, and integration with third-party services

Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle) and good knowledge of SQL

Exposure to NoSQL is a plus

Experience with Git-based workflows, code review practices, and agile development methods

Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines

Good understanding of application security, performance tuning, and monitoring/logging tools

Preferred

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
