VP of Sales- B2B SaaS

LendingWise is a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform powering private lenders, brokers, and small banks nationwide. The VP of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a lean sales team, and optimizing sales processes to convert inbound demand into predictable revenue.

Responsibilities

Own new revenue growth across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise lenders
Run live demos and close high-ACV deals personally
Optimize pricing, packaging, and deal structure
Improve close rates and shorten sales cycles
Hire, train, and manage sales reps (BDRs, AEs as we scale)
Establish accountability, forecasting, and performance metrics
Create repeatable onboarding and playbooks
Lead by example—this is not a “sit-back” role
Deep ownership of HubSpot CRM, pipelines, reporting & dashboard
Ensure clean data, accurate forecasting, and real-time visibility
Partner with marketing to maximize inbound conversion
Continuously improve funnel efficiency
Partner with marketing on lead quality, ICP refinement, and campaigns
Identify expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
Help shape product roadmap based on sales insights
Prepare the company for its next phase of scale

Required

Proven VP / Head of Sales or senior sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS with ACV range of $15-100k+
Strong, hands-on HubSpot expertise (pipelines, workflows, reporting)
Track record of managing sales team
Demonstrated ability to run live product demos
Demonstrated ability to close high-value, consultative deals
Demonstrated ability to manage and scale a sales team
Experience selling complex software (CRM, LOS, fintech, vertical SaaS preferred)
Data-driven, process-oriented, and execution-focused

Preferred

Fintech, lending, mortgage, banking, or financial services SaaS
Vertical SaaS or workflow-heavy platforms
Bootstrapped or founder-led growth environments
Scaling from a small sales team to a repeatable revenue engine
