Inside Sales Account Manager
AFC Industries, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager responsible for generating revenue by managing customer relationships, qualifying sales opportunities, and closing new business. This role involves outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, and account development while collaborating with Outside Sales and internal teams to provide ergonomic furniture solutions.
Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive retention, satisfaction, and loyalty
Proactively prospect and develop new business through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and follow-ups to understand customer needs and goals
Qualify inbound leads and generate new opportunities
Prepare and follow up on quotes to drive closure
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas
Maintain accurate CRM records to track sales activity, sales pipeline, and forecasts
Identify opportunities to expand accounts through cross-sell and upsell
Collaborate with Outside Sales and other internal teams to support customer success
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of inside sales, account management, or B2B sales experience is a must
Strong phone, email, and follow-up skills
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Highly organized, competitive, and results-driven
Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
Results-driven mindset with the ability to balance relationship management and revenue goals
