University of Utah Health is seeking Web Content Interns to support a major ADA web accessibility compliance project across their organization’s websites. Interns will primarily work in Drupal to update content and address accessibility requirements based on new ADA guidelines.

Responsibilities

Update and edit website content in Drupal according to accessibility requirements
Document completed work in shared Excel tracking sheets
Track, manage, and complete assigned tasks in Asana
Assist with website inventories and content audits as needed

Required

High school diploma or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) required
One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required
Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description

Preferred

Experience with website content management systems, such as Drupal, WordPress or something similar
Experience in updating websites
Customer service experience
(Bonus but not required) Interest in web accessibility, front-end development, QA, or UX/UI
