Growth & Sales Operator (Multi-Client, Paid Ads + Outbound)
Azgari Foundation is dedicated to empowering first-time founders and professionals in starting or acquiring service-based businesses. They are seeking a Growth & Sales Operator to generate customers and help close deals across multiple client businesses through managing paid advertising campaigns and executing outbound sales strategies.
Responsibilities
Launch and manage lead-gen campaigns on Google Ads
Launch and manage lead-gen campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Launch and manage lead-gen campaigns on LinkedIn Ads
Understand what each channel needs to perform
Optimize toward leads and booked calls, not impressions
Coordinate with marketing on creatives and messaging
Actively prospect online for leads for multiple client businesses
Use tools like LinkedIn
Use tools like Apollo or similar databases
Use CRM systems
Set up and manage email nurture sequences
Follow defined follow-up SOPs
Block dedicated daily time for cold calling
Block dedicated daily time for follow-ups
Block dedicated daily time for qualification calls
Book calls and help close deals
In some cases, you close directly
In others, you assist founders or the client’s business owner in closing
Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations to support and implement business growth strategies
Experience working with and managing Operating Systems relevant to paid advertising and sales processes
Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to optimize campaign performance
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Austin, TX
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Experience with paid advertising platforms and outbound sales tools
