The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in complex civil litigation and must possess an ABA-approved paralegal certificate.

Responsibilities
Pull trial and calendaring dates and understand who answered to the case
Conduct document review and analysis
Determine where the case was filed, served, and manage custody of records
Assist with depositions and other litigation support tasks
Familiarity with docket pleadings in mass torts and toxic torts
Pull out the latest complaints and other relevant documents
Provide comprehensive litigation support to attorneys
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in complex civil litigation (defense civil litigation)
ABA-approved paralegal certificate
E-Discovery experience required
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in legal research and document management tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
