Responsibilities

Refine your leadership skills and decision-making abilities
Learn the roles and responsibilities of department leaders
Ensure residents receive quality care and maximize quality of life
Foster a culture of respect and collaboration
Understand assisted living standards of practice
Apply community policies, procedures, and systems
Participate in management decision-making and problem-solving
Gain operational expertise through department rotations
Conduct mock surveys and develop corrective action plans
Support health and safety programs for residents and employees
Build financial management skills, including budgeting and payroll
Identify and resolve areas of concern proactively
