Ekspert Counsel is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to support a growing personal injury team across multiple jurisdictions. This role involves overseeing personal injury cases, assisting attorneys with case strategy, and ensuring exceptional client service.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Oversee and support personal injury cases from intake through resolution
Serve as a resource for case managers handling complex or escalated matters
Assist attorneys across multiple states with case strategy, documentation, and workflow management
Coordinate and monitor client medical treatment and ongoing care
Review and organize medical records and billing to support demand packages and case progression
Ensure timely case movement and consistent, proactive client communication

Qualification

Pre-litigation personal injury experienceBilingual (English/Spanish)Litigation Case Manager experienceLegal case management experienceInsurance adjuster experience

Required

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Pre-litigation personal injury experience is required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in legal case management or as an insurance adjuster handling injury claims

Preferred

Prior experience as a Litigation Case Manager strongly preferred
