Ekspert Counsel is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager Supervisor to lead and support a growing personal injury team. The role involves overseeing case management, providing training, and ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

Oversee and support personal injury cases from intake through resolution

Serve as a resource for case managers handling complex or escalated matters

Assist attorneys across multiple states with case strategy, documentation, and workflow management

Coordinate and monitor client medical treatment and ongoing care

Review and organize medical records and billing to support demand packages and case progression

Ensure timely case movement and consistent, proactive client communication

Support personal injury department organization by defining roles and responsibilities

Create and maintain PI position manuals, training materials, and tutorial videos

Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing guidance for onshore and offshore case managers and case openers

Assist with out-of-state training and support for PI teams across multiple jurisdictions

Monitor and follow up on overdue tasks, metrics, and performance indicators across states (including FL and TX)

Assist in building individualized matter plans and creating PI matter teams

Oversee case opener and case manager metrics and performance tracking

Manage and maintain Litify PI templates for all states, including creating, editing, and updating templates

Provide feedback and support for Litify PI intakes, matters, reports, SOPs, and dashboards

Ensure new PI hires (particularly in FL) are properly set up with Litify, Nelvin, HR systems, and phone access

Schedule all meetings for the Personal Injury Partner

Notify HR, attorneys, and partners of any known staffing or performance issues
