US Recruiter – Federal
Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking an experienced US Federal Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment for various positions, particularly within the U.S. federal government sector. The role involves managing recruitment processes for non-IT and functional roles, ensuring compliance with federal hiring standards, and building long-term talent pipelines.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-IT and functional roles including Sales, Proposal writers, Capture Managers, Program Managers, and Leadership positions
Support recruitment for select IT and technology-enabled roles as needed
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and contract requirements
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Screen candidates for federal requirements such as U.S. citizenship, background checks, and clearance eligibility
Ensure compliance with federal hiring standards and company policies
Maintain accurate records in ATS and track candidate pipelines
Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes
Build long-term talent pipelines for federal functional and leadership roles
Qualification
Required
Strong experience as a US Federal Recruiter or US staffing recruiter
Experience recruiting for functional, sales, proposal, or leadership roles
Understanding of the federal contracting and staffing lifecycle
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred
Experience supporting federal agencies (DoD, DHS, HHS, VA, civilian agencies)
Familiarity with security clearances and federal compliance requirements
Exposure to recruiting IT or technical roles
Experience with ATS and CRM tools
