They are seeking a Staff Accountant to support expanding financial operations across the organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.

Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, review and post journal entries, and monitor transactions to ensure completeness and accuracy
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and customer collections
Lead month-end and year-end close activities, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Collaborate with the finance team to support annual budgeting and forecasting efforts, including variance analysis
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for cost optimization
Assist with tax preparation and audit support, ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations and working with external advisors as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience with full-cycle accounting, including financial reporting and month-end close
Preferred
Strong professional communication skills
Highly organized with clear written and verbal communication
