Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT engineers/consultants
Oversee software development, coding quality, and delivery standards
Implement best practices for application supportability and maintainability
Collaborate with architects to ensure proper software design execution
Recommend solutions to enhance application quality and performance
Work closely with project managers throughout the software life cycle
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide the team to resolution
Support hiring efforts by interviewing and selecting qualified talent
Prepare operational and performance reports as required
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
5+ years in IT management, technical leadership, or project management
Technical certifications preferred
Preferred
5+ years leading or supervising technical teams
Experience with custom applications or COTS customization
Hands‑on development experience with: NET, C#, Kendo UI Telerik, Web API, REST API, JSON, SQL Server, Oracle, XML, HTML5, AngularJS
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM
Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM and tools like TFS/Visual Studio Team Services
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
