The role involves leading ERP implementation, establishing financial controls, and preparing for audits while collaborating with the VP Finance and developing a team.

Responsibilities

Implement and manage month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting
Select and implement a new ERP system (most likely Netsuite)
Establish robust financial controls for a SaaS business under ASC 606
Overtime create IPO ready controls and processes
Prepare the business for their first audit
Implement and own a revenue accounting and order to cash process
Support the VP Finance with FP&A and budgeting
Begin to develop a team
Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
Build scalable, repeatable, and efficient finance processes and systems

Required

Proven experience in accounting or finance leadership roles, ideally in high-growth VC backed SaaS companies
Strong understanding of subscription revenue models, SaaS metrics, and financial operations
Hands-on experience with ERP and reporting systems
Ability to implement scalable processes and drive continuous improvement
Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment

Preferred

Experience with AI-driven technology platforms
Prior involvement in venture-backed or PE-backed growth-stage companies
CPA qualification
