Responsibilities

Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting
Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
Build scalable, repeatable, and efficient finance processes and systems
Partner with leadership on special projects, operational planning, and investor reporting

Required

Proven experience in accounting or finance leadership roles, ideally in high-growth SaaS companies

Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment

Preferred

Experience with AI-driven technology platforms
Prior involvement in venture-backed or PE-backed growth-stage companies
Exposure to multi-entity or complex financial structures
