Responsibilities
Assist in major component exchanges for wind turbines, including but not limited to gearboxes, generators, and blades
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on turbine systems
Ensure all work is conducted in strict adherence to safety protocols
Record detailed reports on maintenance and repair activities
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve issues promptly
Develop a comprehensive understanding of turbine systems and components
Participate in ongoing safety training and adhere to safety-first culture
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
Take reasonable care of your own and others' health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working toward the company's Zero Injury principles
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Safety conscious mindset and adherence to safety regulations
Required to travel to different jobsites on a limited notice
Ability to work well under pressure and within timelines
Preferred
Technical training or certifications in wind turbine maintenance
