This internship provides practical experience working directly with creators and engaging in impactful projects that shape the creator ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Assist in onboarding, education, and communication with new and existing creators

Support data tracking for creator performance, including revenue, LIVE duration, content type, and audience engagement metrics

Help execute weekly creator touchpoints such as emails, check ins, and LIVE schedule collection

Conduct research on creator profiles, content trends, and vertical opportunities to support segmentation and focus creator selection

Coordinate with cross functional teams on creator-related initiatives such as campaigns, match programs, and vertical showcases

Maintain internal documentation including CRM updates, creator notes, performance summaries, and operational playbooks

Participate in creator analysis to identify potential high growth creators and provide insights for Creator Manager strategies

Required

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree

Able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period

Demonstrated interest in creator ecosystems, digital entertainment, or platform operations

Highly organized, detail oriented, and accountable

Proactive learner with strong problem solving skills

Preferred

Passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, and creator culture

Experience in creator management, user operations, or community building

Familiarity with TikTok LIVE metrics and content formats

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and insights in creator behavior
