Responsibilities
Assist engineers and build teams with assembly, fabrication, and testing of small unmanned aircraft systems
Maintain shop equipment, tools, and workspaces
Perform basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
Support prototype builds, test setups, and production tasks
Manage inventory, consumables, and equipment calibration
Help with general facilities upkeep and organization
Provide basic troubleshooting for workstations, printers, and networked devices
Assist with user account setup, software installs, and updates
Support engineering software (CAD tools, version control, etc.)
Help maintain IT documentation and asset tracking
Coordinate with external IT resources when needed
Qualification
Required
Hands‑on mechanical or electrical aptitude
Experience working in a shop, lab, or technical environment
Basic IT troubleshooting skills (Windows systems, networking fundamentals)
Basic understanding of servers, switches, or IT infrastructure
Familiarity with Microsoft products, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and related productivity tools
Ability to lift 25+ lbs and work safely with tools and equipment
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Ability to Commute: Moorpark, CA 93021 (Required)
Preferred
Experience in aerospace, defense, robotics, or manufacturing
Familiarity with small UAS, RC aircraft, or prototyping
Comfort with both independent work and supporting engineering teams
