Apartment Turnover Technician

Complete Staffing Solutions is working with a small luxury living facility in Saratoga Springs seeking an Apartment Turnover Technician. The role involves managing apartment turnovers, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the property, and supporting the upkeep of common areas and amenities.

Responsibilities

Perform timely, quality work in completing apartment make readies for the property
Apartment turnover painting including wall and ceiling prep and repairs
Support turnover cleaning including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, bedrooms, and closets
Assist in housekeeping/janitorial work
Communicate effectively with the Maintenance Foreman so that he/she is informed of possible problems and needs for assistance, safety concerns, etc. Inform foreman of need for additional maintenance, when applicable, in any areas where work orders or apartment turnovers are being performed
Perform corrective and preventative maintenance functions and assist in the supervision of contract services
Assist directly in the turnover process to ensure that all phases of unit preparation are completed in a timely, efficient manner
Support the required on-call rotation & overtime as needed
Assist in the organization of a clean shop, inventory control, tool maintenance, and implementation of safety and security procedures
Carry out all duties assigned by supervisor(s) in carrying out the day-to-day responsibilities of managing and maintaining a multi-family property

Required

Must have a car to help with on-call and emergencies
Perform timely, quality work in completing apartment make readies for the property

Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds and climb stairs and ladders easily

Participate in training to comply with new or existing laws
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Neat, clean, professional throughout the workday
Comply with expectations as demonstrated in the employee handbook
Demonstrate ability to diffuse and respond to customer concerns
Must have reliable transportation and have a clean, valid Driver's license
Attendance is an imperative job function
Employees must fulfill the performance standards of this position and comply with policies, rules and procedures of the company

Preferred

Two (2) years' experience in previous relevant field is highly preferred
