$27/hr - $32/hrB&H Photo Video is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director of Risk & Compliance. This role involves managing the Director's schedule, prioritizing tasks, and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities
Keep the Director organized and on track by managing the schedule, inbox, and day-to-day priorities
Stay one step ahead by tracking tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Build a better system for incoming requests, including managing a shared Outlook inbox and insuring every item is assigned and responded to
Perform initial research and information gathering on new issues so the Director has the context needed before diving in
Help prepare for meetings by drafting documents, organizing materials, and capturing follow-up actions
Collaborate closely with the Legal, Compliance, and Audit teams as well as other departments throughout the company to keep work moving smoothly and support a culture of teamwork
Qualification
Required
Professionalism and Reliability
Self-starter with a can-do attitude
Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, familiarity with Jira or similar system
Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially when workload is busy
Calm under pressure and able to bring order to a fast-moving environment
Comfortable working closely with a senior leader providing direction when appropriate
Discreet and trustworthy, as this role frequently handles sensitive information
Experienced in administrative support, or a professional with the right skills, drive, and willingness to learn
