Responsibilities
Prepare detailed estimates and takeoffs for highway, bridge, and heavy civil projects
Manage projects from bid award through closeout
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and material procurement
Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
Communicate with owners, engineers, and internal teams to manage scope and timelines
Qualification
Required
Experience in highway, bridge, or heavy civil construction project management
Strong estimating, cost control, and project coordination skills
Knowledge of DOT standards and infrastructure construction practices
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Professional, client-facing communication skills
