Responsibilities
Partner with designers and researchers to rapidly prototype AI-driven and agentic UX flows using tools like Figma, Lovable, and Copilot Studio
Build and iterate interactive prototypes suitable for research, demonstrations, and engineering handoff
Develop reusable internal UX tools such as Figma plugins and lightweight UX automation scripts or agents
Contribute to a shared internal Agentic UX Platform by documenting patterns, prototypes, and workflows
Document implementations and facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure reuse across the studio
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in data-driven software design and development
Proficiency in building functional design prototypes and internal AI-powered tools
Experience with AI-assisted workflows and APIs, preferably Azure OpenAI
Strong collaboration skills with designers and researchers in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
