TM/Flight Termination Systems Test Engineer, Staff - Grand Prairie, TX

Responsibilities
Design, fabrication, and testing of a TM System flight test interface component capable of power distribution and data collection functions
Overall TM system flight hardware support including standard operating procedure (SOP) updates, assembly, and checkout activities leading up to flight testing
TM system support activities will include integration and test at home-site LM Dallas and periodic travel to ETS Orlando, Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, and possibly subcontracted supplier sites
Support for up to x8 Missiles launched across x4 flight test events
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. citizen
Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
Final Secret Clearance is required to start
Electrical engineering background
Missile program experience
Passion for leading talented engineers to deliver world class solutions
Preferred
Experience with managing supplier development efforts
Self-starter with ability to develop team's tasking with inputs from program
Experience with Telemetry in missile systems
Experience with electrical design analysis and review techniques
Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
Experience with presenting to leadership and customers
Familiarity with Model Based Design
Familiarity with proposals and Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
