Responsibilities

As a Technical Staff member of the ISR Systems and Architectures Group, you will be responsible for systems analysis studies of critical DoD missions, planned DoD capabilities, and new technologies
This entails contributing to the development of physics- and engineering-based models for a wide array of technologies related to sensors, aircraft, satellites, communication systems, navigation, and data exploitation
Additionally, you will prepare and present high-quality briefings to convey key study findings and recommendations, and will deliver these to a range of audiences including DoD senior leaders, government technology experts, and Lincoln Laboratory colleagues

Required

Doctorate in Physics, Mathematics, Aeronautics/Astronautics, Engineering, or a related technical field. In lieu of a doctorate, a Master's degree with 5+ years of experience will be considered
Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with highly interdisciplinary teams
Selected candidate will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret level security clearance with compartmented program eligibility

Preferred

Ability to quickly learn new technical areas
Demonstrated ability to break down complex technical problems and communicate key findings to a wide range of audiences
Experience with MATLAB-based modeling, simulation, and data analysis
