Responsibilities

Leads the end-to-end on-platform growth funnel strategy, from entry points through purchase, onboarding, and retention
Partner with product management to develop a comprehensive product growth roadmap, aligning quick wins with long-term, compounding investments
Drives execution of the DTC vision through product by cultivating a collaborative culture across teams by establishing a variety of different forums for discussion that encourage idea-sharing and alignment
Directs the development of comprehensive DTC growth strategies by engaging cross-functional partners in marketing, product, analytics, and customer experience
Partner with analytics, strategy & marketing teams to define and target important audience segments to optimize product touchpoints
Integrate product, engineering and design viewpoints to define growth-focused features and feature optimizations
Drive alignment with marketing to ensure full-funnel campaigns (on & off platform) are consistent across messaging & tactics
Leverage the business calendar and customer segment insights to analyze funnel performance, identify pain points, and deliver strategic recommendations that optimize journeys, boost engagement, and drive growth
Lead and mentor a specialized team of experts in acquisition, churn, and retention, directing efforts to leverage and optimize product platform tools

Required

8-10 years of work experience in Product Management, E-commerce, Subscription Management, Subscriber Acquisition, or Retention roles
Experience with streaming platforms and subscription products
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Must be comfortable living in the details of the numbers
Experience working with product, engineering, analytics, and marketing tech stakeholders
Experience in developing evidence-based strategic frameworks to inform decision-making
A keen eye for presentation design and the ability to distill complex concepts and analyses into clear, easy-to-understand materials
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with several deliverables under tight deadlines
Experience interfacing and presenting to senior executives and management teams
High level of integrity, strong work ethic, and deep intellectual curiosity
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative DNA
A passion for sports and the NFL is a big plus
