Responsibilities

Design and build no-code AI-powered automations that make the company run smoother and faster

Create and deploy custom GPTs and internal AI agents to handle repetitive tasks, onboard new team members, and answer FAQs

Use integration platforms like Make (MCP), N8N, and Zapier to connect tools like HubSpot, GetResponse, Google Sheets, Typeform, Base44, and many more!

Experiment with cutting-edge tools like Skywork.ai, Shortcut.ai, Granola.ai, and Atlas Apps — and make them work for real business cases

Collaborate with execs and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into deployable, automated solutions

Test, document, iterate, and train users on how to use the tools you help build

Contribute to building a repeatable framework for future interns by documenting your work and creating support tools like GPT-powered onboarding bots

Current college student (CS, engineering, or data-oriented major preferred)

Some coding knowledge (e.g., Python, JS, or HTML)

Strong experience using LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc

Comfortable with configuration-heavy platforms like Make, Zapier, HubSpot, and AI-specific apps

Detail-oriented and organized

Fast learner who's coachable but also takes initiative and handles ambiguity with grace
