Work closely with channel partners to drive collaboration and maximize sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
Implement sales strategies and support channel sales
Lead efforts to achieve revenue goals
Provide excellent customer service and resolve partner concerns
Manage communication with stakeholders on a day-to-day basis
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Channel Sales and Channel Partnership business development
Strong Sales abilities and a track record of success
Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with partners
Proficient in creating and executing strategies to achieve sales growth
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders
Proven experience in a sales or channel management role is a plus
3-5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development, preferably in the PEO / HCM space
Must have the ability to travel 20-25% of the time
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
